Free shipping is available on orders over €90.
After processing, delivery within Croatia typically takes 1–5 business days.
After processing, delivery for made-to-order items typically takes 15–20 business days.
Please note: Some sizes may be available on a made-to-order basis. When this applies, the product page will show a made-to-order notice before checkout.
Shipping within Croatia
Alpha Angel Activewear currently ships within Croatia only.
- Standard shipping: €5
- Free shipping on orders over €90
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary slightly during holidays, promotions, or high-volume periods
Order processing & dispatch
All orders are processed before shipment. Processing time begins after your order is placed and payment is successfully received.
- In-stock items: 3–5 business days processing
- Made-to-order items: 3–5 business days processing
- Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Tracking information will be provided where available.

These are estimated delivery windows and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Mixed orders
If your order includes both in-stock and made-to-order items, the longer made-to-order timeline may apply to the shipment.
Where possible, items may ship sooner, but unless stated otherwise, please expect the made-to-order timeline for mixed orders.
Returns & refunds
If you would like to request a return, please contact us first at info@alphaangel.shop.
- Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned in original condition
- Tags must remain attached
- Items sent back without prior return approval may not be accepted
- Refunds or replacements are accepted for genuine faults
- Items returned worn, damaged, dirty, or altered may be refused
Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

Alpha Angel Activewear is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control, but we will always do our best to help.
