This Return and Refund Policy explains how returns, withdrawals, refunds, and faulty item claims are handled for orders placed with Alpha Angel Activewear.
Important: Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under Croatian or EU law.
Returns for change of mind
If you purchase from our online store as a consumer, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.
To request a return, please contact us at info@alphaangel.shop within 14 days of delivery and include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
Return conditions
- Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition
- Tags must remain attached
- Items should be returned with original packaging where reasonably possible
- We may reduce the refund if the item shows handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it
Return shipping costs
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or we agree otherwise, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the order. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
Original shipping charges may be refunded where required by applicable law.
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at info@alphaangel.shop with your order number and photos where possible.
If a product is confirmed to be faulty or not in conformity with the order, we will provide an appropriate remedy in line with applicable law. Depending on the situation, this will usually be a replacement, price reduction, or refund.
